Sir Winslow loved to vacation in Ireland. It was close enough to Windy Willows to make a quick journey home if one of the animals at the zoo became ill while he was away. While he was in Ireland he purchased a rainbow pencil case for Lady Susan. She loved it very much and made a sketch of it in one of her journals. This case is a replica from the drawing.
