Sir Winslow worked with all types of animals and had many in his zoo. How a lion came to live there was a bit different. A friend of his had been visiting and told Sir Winslow about a lion that lived in another zoo.  This lion didn't seem happy. They decided to invite the lion to live at Windy Willows. Of course, when he arrived at the zoo he was very happy! More of the story is coming later to our blog!

This stuffed lion pillow is handmade from cotton with a reddish brown mane with a tail to match. He measures 12x22 inches and it is filled with poly fiberfill. To start it was cut out by hand which gives them all some variation. Then the whimsical pillow was assembled with love using both machine sewing and hand stitching. It is what gives them character and personality.
